Who we are

The H&H Fauser Institute was founded in October 2006 and is a Non-Governmental Organization, recognized as a Public Interest Civil Society Organization (OSCIP). Our mission is sustainable development and culture in the Paraíba Valley, especially in the Alto Paraíba region, through the training of people, and the implementation, support, and encouragement of exemplary initiatives.

Our objectives include promoting sustainable development; conserving the environment; promoting culture; and preserving historical, artistic, and cultural heritage. Our objectives are achieved through direct actions such as training programs, project development and execution, fundraising, conducting studies and research in our areas of expertise, participating in the development of public policies through action on municipal councils and commissions, and supporting community initiatives, other Non-Governmental Organizations, and Public Agencies. We were declared a Public Utility Entity by Municipal Law No. 2,481, November 16, 2009.
